LooseCollector Collectibles has opened preorders for two more characters from Rob Liefeld’s Youngblood: Chapel and Badrock. Both 1:12-scale figures are shown as painted prototypes, with Chapel priced from $84.99 and Badrock at $119.99 at the U.S. retailers Hobby Haul verified. The current estimated arrival window is the second quarter of 2027.
LooseCollector Brings Chapel and Badrock to the Youngblood Line
LooseCollector’s official site puts Chapel and Badrock alongside Shaft and Diehard, expanding a lineup built around some of Youngblood’s most recognizable original members. The figures also appear in the company’s 2026 “Liefeld Extreme” product archive, and the official photography carries the Liefeld branding.
The timing works. Image Comics published Youngblood #100 in June 2026, and Badrock received a new solo series in July. For longtime Image readers, these are not background-character choices. Chapel brings the weapons-heavy tactical look; Badrock is the massive team powerhouse who should dominate a shelf.
What Comes With the LooseCollector Chapel Figure?
Chapel is listed at 7.2 inches tall with 36 points of articulation. Retailer specifications include two heads, 10 interchangeable hands, removable gear, a knife, two rifles, and two pistols. Like Shaft and Die-Hard before him, he’ll be coming in a collector-friendly box. I’m already looking forward to seeing what art they plan on using for it.
The load out is pretty good. In the comics Chapel was known for having a pretty ridiculous arsenal on him. The rifles and pistols are central to the character’s look decent enough, while the alternate head and five pairs of hands should make it easier to move between a neutral team display and heavier action poses. At 7.2 inches, Chapel will run taller than many standard six-inch figures, but that oversized presence fits the exaggerated proportions of early Youngblood artwork.
What Comes With the LooseCollector Badrock Figure?
Badrock stands 9.5 inches tall in 1:12 scale. LooseCollector’s official page currently lists 33 points of articulation, an interchangeable head and hands, and removable armor. Retailer listings specify two heads and six hands in total, plus a collector-friendly box.
Badrock’s size is the selling point here. A 9.5-inch figure should look appropriately enormous next to Chapel, Shaft, and Diehard instead of reading like a standard body with bigger shoulder pads. No weapons or separate display accessories are listed for Badrock at this stage.
Price and Preorder Information
LooseCollector is directing buyers to retail partners rather than offering Chapel and Badrock through a direct product checkout on its own store. These are the current U.S. listings Hobby Haul verified:

Why Chapel and Badrock Matter to Youngblood Fans
Youngblood helped launch the Image Comics revolution, and its sharp costumes, oversized weapons, and larger-than-life anatomy are inseparable from the look of 1990s superhero comics. Chapel and Badrock capture two different sides of that identity: one is a heavily armed tactical character, and the other is a walking wall of rock and muscle.
Early fans of Image Comics and Spawn, will likely remember that Chapel is the one repsonsible for killing Al Simmons, which led to him being resurrected as a Hellspawn. That’s long since been retconned but it’s just another example of the history and nostalgia that these two bring with them. That’s most likely going to be the big driving force for most collectors.
Could More Youngblood Figures Be Coming?
LooseCollector’s official product archive currently confirms Shaft, Diehard, Chapel, and Badrock under the Liefeld Extreme banner. A deeper Youngblood roster would make collector sense, but no additional characters are confirmed there at the time of writing. Anything beyond those four belongs in the wish-list category for now. However, it should be noted that LooseCollector has stated on their social channels that everyone on the cover of Youngblood #1 will eventually be made. Final Thoughts
Launching Chapel and Badrock together is a smart move. Chapel offers the deeper accessory package, while Badrock delivers the scale and shelf presence that can make the entire group click. Say what you will about Lifield, his Youngblood character designs are iconic and have actually translated pretty well into action figure form.
